ABOUT ME

I'm a Clinical and Organisational Psychologist working from an iconic Victorian Terrace in Brisbane, Australia and more recently at Casuarina Beach in Northern NSW. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults and couples who are experiencing psychological distress.  I work in the treatment and management of burnout, trauma, work stress, bullying, conflict, emotional dysregulation, depression and anxiety management. I have also held numerous managerial leadership positions in public and private hospital and community settings, Professional and Regulatory bodies, as well as in a National Professional Workers union, in both Queensland and New South Wales. Over the years I have also been in high demand for  advice and consulting services for reality television shows and documentaries. I pride myself in delivering caring, creative and evidence based advice to help individuals, couples and families to lead a calm, rich, joyous, and fulfilling life.

Online booking is the preferred method and will receive the fastest responseThe other method is to email me at admin@carmelhillpsych.com letting me know what days and times you prefer . 

Please Note: that for Brisbane Clients Face to face appointments are only on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Saturday mornings. For Casuarina Clients face to face appointments are available on Monday and Tuesday. Phone and zoom sessions are possible for any day. Currently the booking system is set to Queensland time. Be mindful when booking that with daylight savings the time is going to be one hour later than specified.
